Terms of Use

Botzum Plumbing operates this website from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. These terms are the conditions for using it, and by using it you accept them.

Everything on this site, including its pages, tools and answers, is general guidance about this kind of work. Only an estimate or agreement in writing for a specific job binds us, and the content here may change at any time.

Think of the contact form as the start of a conversation. It does not bind either of us, and it does not hold a date or time. We answer and then settle the details with you.

We own this site’s content

You are welcome to read and link to these pages, but the text, the work photographs, the logo and the design remain the property of Botzum Plumbing and may not be copied without its permission.

We do not accept spam

Our forms exist for real requests. Spam, fake information and any effort to break the site count as misuse and are forbidden.

We do not control other sites

A link from this site to another one leads to a website we do not run, whether or not the page is about us, with its own terms and privacy policy.

We provide the site as it is

Our liability for the website is limited. The site itself is provided as is, and, except where the law does not allow such a limit, we are not liable for any loss that follows from relying on the general content here. Your job will be governed by the agreement for it.

These terms follow Ohio law

Because Botzum Plumbing is based in Ohio, that state’s laws govern these terms.

You can reach us with questions
